NEWTS MCBOOTS LLC provides software, indicators, and price levels for educational and informational purposes only.
- No Financial Advice: We are not registered investment advisors (RIA) or broker-dealers. Nothing on this site or within our tools constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
- Self-Directed Trading: You acknowledge that any trades placed using our tools are taken at your own risk and based on your own independent analysis.
02.Hypothetical Performance (CFTC Rule 4.41)
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading.

Under no circumstances shall NEWTS MCBOOTS LLC, its owners, or employees be liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, trading losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages) arising from the use of our services.
Software and data feeds are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data price levels are 100% accurate at all times.

04.Intellectual Property & Licensing
All scripts, indicators, and proprietary logic are the exclusive property of NEWTS MCBOOTS LLC.
- Personal License: Purchase of an indicator grants a single-user license.
- Restrictive Covenants: Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, reselling, or sharing license keys. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
05.Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (NinjaTrader scripts/Add-ons) and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the software has been delivered or the license key activated.
06.Affiliate Disclosure
NEWTS MCBOOTS LLC may have affiliate relationships with third-party providers, including Prop Firms and Brokerages. While we only recommend tools we believe in, we are not responsible for the performance, payout reliability, or service quality of any third-party entity.
